We did multiplication and division sheets We read our Rhole Dahl books and worked on our assignment for them. 7 people tried out an app. We did not have writing some of the week. On Friday we wrote about what we are thankful for. We read an article about native americans and we are reading about events in illinois history today. This week we had a field trip to the Mitchell native amarican museum. We learned about the different areas like the plains and woodlands. We also made talking sticks. This week ended up being super fun with the field trip and the up- coming long weekend. HAPPPYYYYY THANKSSSS GIVVVIIIIINNNGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a checkpoint on multiplication and we mostly did dreambox and some times seesaw and we did pages in our student book and we did things on the promethean. We are reading our Roald Dahl books and meeting with our people that are reading the same book as us. We discuss characters and stuff. We brainstormed ideas for our thesis and wrote them on postcards and gave them to Ms.Bierbower. In number corner had our favorite teacher Mr. Boyle. We also had encore literacy and did komichiabie. We we had a checkpoint and did multiplication facts and dreambox. We also did some seesaw We read more historical fiction about airplanes, houdini and about a barbour guy. We also read a baseball book. We generated ideas for our essays. We did something that was special to us and we could do a place or a thing. We had 4 interviews and the rest of us where people that were important in illinois and we studied about them and on friday the interviewers are going to interview the people. We had an assembly about Emme and clara were in it. This week ended happily ever after.  Presented by Adam and Clara
We did the window multiplication strategy; Building boxes and Multiplying the tens and ones. We read a whale book, sloth book, wolf, & a bear book. We also wrote a venn diagram about the whale book. and we also wrote about authors perspectives for the sloth book the wolf book and the whale Finished up maps a little. next week we are going to talk about early Illinois history. We had a halloween party!!!! There was a lot of games and CANDY!! Bye-bye |
