Author visit

 In math we are practicing the subtraction standard algorithm. And also revisiting measurements. 

In Reading we are practicing are inferences on Chris Van Allsburg books. 

In writing we are picking our own books to write about. It is going great.

For art smart dylan’s mom came and taught us about Georges Seurat. He made pointillism so we used markers to do pointillism with outlines of one of his famous paintings.

Also we had an author visit Where Linda Sue Park came and told us about her new book Prairie Lotus. She also taught us some of the things she does that have to do with her korean culture. Korean culture 

It was a busy but very, very fun week.
