This week was wacky!
For the first time, our school district tried out remote learning days! This is when our teachers send us home with a packet of stuff to do when it is to cold or snowy to come to school. Instead of making up a day at the end of the school year, we are doing school at home! What did you think about it? On Monday and Tuesday, we switched math classes. On Wednesday and Thursday we did fractions in our remote learning day packet. We are still reading The Phantom Tollbooth and working on inferencing. We read The Stranger by Chris Van Allsburg. We are making haikus and other poems. In our packet, we read about Abraham Lincoln, slavery, and the Civil War. Have a great weekend!
