This blog is brought to you by Eliott.
In math this week we did fractions. We used pretend egg cartons to find equivalent fractions. We used tuning forks and ping pong balls. We hit the tuning fork on our shoes and put it near the ping pong ball. The ping pong ball moved. It moved because the vibration from the tuning fork went to the ping pong ball. We read Roald Dahl books this week. Ms. Bierbower read books to us about figuring out who we are. My favorite one we read was The Junkyard Wonders. We posted our first essays to Seesaw. Then we wrote another essay about something we had an opinion about. Eliott wrote about how people shouldn’t hunt animals. We don’t have school for two weeks because it is winter break. Instead of having a winter party we are making things for Fill a Heart 4 Kids. I hope you have a good break!
